The Virtual Events Conversion Lab™ On-Demand Library Terms and Conditions

1. Program Access

By purchasing The Virtual Events Conversion Lab™ On-Demand Library (the “Program”), you receive access to recorded cohorts, trainings, templates and resources, along with The Command & Convert Masterclass Planner™ and The Command & Convert 2-Hour Masterclass Flow™. The Program is self-paced. You understand that your results depend on your own participation, effort and implementation.

2. Access by Purchase Option

Monthly: A $2,997 down payment, which includes the bundle of both planners, followed by $697 per month. While your subscription is active, you have access to the library, the community, the two monthly live coaching calls and The Command & Convert™ Script Audit & Optimizer. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing, and access to monthly benefits ends at the close of your current billing period. You keep access to both planners purchased with your down payment.

Lifetime Access: A one-time payment of $7,997. This includes lifetime access to the library and both planners, meaning access for as long as the Program and its platform are offered by Above Only Leadership, LLC. Lifetime Access also includes a bonus of 6 months of live coaching calls and 6 months of The Command & Convert™ Script Audit & Optimizer, beginning on your purchase date.

Coaching & Optimizer Access: $197 per month for existing bundle owners and VECL™ students. This includes the two monthly live coaching calls and The Command & Convert™ Script Audit & Optimizer while your subscription is active, and you may cancel at any time.

3. Live Coaching Calls

Live coaching calls take place on the first and last Wednesday of each month at 1:00 PM MST (Arizona time) for 90 minutes, excluding holidays. The Zoom link for each call is posted inside the community. Calls are recorded and replays are provided, though replays are not a substitute for live engagement. Call dates and times may change, and updates will be shared inside the community.

4. No Guarantees

You understand and agree that success in this Program depends entirely on your own participation, effort and implementation. While strategies, frameworks and guidance are provided, no guarantees are made regarding sales outcomes, business growth or financial results. Individual results will vary.

5. Payment Terms and Refund Policy

All payments made to the Program are non-refundable under any circumstances. If you are on a payment plan or subscription, you are responsible for all payments due before you cancel, regardless of your level of participation or results. Failure to pay may result in removal from the Program and denial of access to materials.

6. Coaching Relationship and Expectations

This is a professional coaching and educational relationship. You acknowledge that Dr. Tuby Akinlosotu is a coach and mentor, not a therapist, financial advisor or legal professional. You agree to maintain a respectful, growth-oriented attitude and contribute positively to the learning environment. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

7. Use of Likeness and Recordings

You understand that live coaching calls and Program sessions are recorded. By participating, you grant permission for your voice, image and contributions to be used for future educational, marketing or promotional purposes across digital and print formats, without compensation or limitation.

8. Confidentiality

You agree to respect the confidentiality of fellow participants and the intellectual property of the coach. All materials shared in the Program are for your personal use only and may not be copied, distributed or shared without prior written consent. Your access is for one person, and logins may not be shared.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, frameworks, recordings and strategies shared in the Program are the intellectual property of Dr. Tuby Akinlosotu and The Virtual Events Conversion Lab™. Any unauthorized use, replication or redistribution is strictly prohibited and will be legally enforced.

10. Indemnity and Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Dr. Tuby Akinlosotu, her affiliates, team and representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities and expenses arising from your participation in the Program. Under no circumstances shall Dr. Tuby Akinlosotu be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

11. Legal and Binding Agreement

By enrolling and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. This agreement is legally binding and enforceable under applicable law.

Scholarship Application and Agreement

If you are being considered for a partial or full scholarship to The Virtual Events Conversion Lab™, please review the following terms. Scholarships are limited and reserved for individuals with transformational offers who are committed, coachable and ready to participate fully.

By accepting a scholarship, you agree to the following:

• You will attend all 3.5 days of The Virtual Events Conversion Lab™, unless otherwise approved in writing.
• If you miss a session, you will log into the course portal and catch up on missed lessons before the next session.
• You will refer at least 2 to 3 qualified people to the program during your enrollment.
• You will not disclose your scholarship status without prior written approval.
• You will record a clear video testimonial and/or be available for a live testimonial at a future event.
• You will actively support and promote any events tied to The Virtual Events Conversion Lab™ while enrolled.
• You understand this is a professional opportunity and agree to treat it with integrity, respect and full participation.

Private 1:1 Coaching with Masterclass Co-Hosting Terms and Conditions

Program duration: 12 weeks. By enrolling in this private coaching container, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions outlined by Dr. Tuby Akinlosotu (“Coach”). These guidelines are designed to ensure a high-quality experience and successful masterclass execution.

1. Coaching Commitment

The program spans 12 weeks and includes personal strategy sessions, support in the development of a signature masterclass and co-hosting of one live event. Clients must attend all scheduled sessions, show up on time and be fully present and prepared. If a session must be rescheduled, at least 24 hours’ notice is required.

2. Masterclass Responsibilities

Clients agree to actively participate in the planning and execution of their masterclass. This includes:

• Sending email invitations to their list
• Posting on social media regularly
• Creating relevant content to drive traffic
• Listing their event on platforms like Eventbrite or others
• Running paid ads, if they choose (optional)

3. Technical Setup

Clients are responsible for ensuring:

• Their Zoom account is functional and capable of running a 5-hour event
• Zoom security settings allow for a seamless experience (for example, no login barriers for attendees)
• Their funnel is fully built and tested (opt-in page, confirmation page, sales page, calendar booking, email sequences and so on)

4. Tech Support During Event

Clients must designate a tech support person who will:

• Share screens and manage slides
• Play pre-recorded video testimonials or reels
• Monitor and respond to chat questions
• Admit attendees into the Zoom room
• Drop links during the presentation

5. Masterclass Planning Requirements

Client agrees to:

• Consult with the Coach before finalizing their masterclass date
• Complete their assigned sections of the Masterclass Choreography Script in a timely fashion
• Participate in at least one live rehearsal (scheduled 1 to 3 days before the live event)

6. Recording and Access

The Client is responsible for recording the full masterclass. A copy of the recording must be shared with the Coach within 48 hours post-event.

7. First Sale Guarantee

While no outcome or financial result is guaranteed, the Coach offers a First Sale Guarantee: if the Client does not make their first sale from the live masterclass, they will continue receiving group coaching support and access to relevant resources until they do, at no additional charge. This guarantee is contingent upon full participation and completion of the Client’s responsibilities listed above.

8. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable under any circumstances. This program is results-based but requires mutual participation. The Client understands that their level of success is directly tied to their level of implementation, consistency and effort.

9. Liability and Indemnity

Client agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless the Coach from any and all claims, damages or liabilities resulting from their participation in the program or masterclass event. The Coach makes no guarantee of income or specific results and provides coaching and co-hosting services for educational and professional development purposes only.

10. Confidentiality

All materials, tools and templates shared by the Coach are proprietary and for the Client’s use only. Redistribution or replication without permission is prohibited.

11. Mutual Respect and Conduct

This coaching relationship is collaborative. Clients are expected to show up with integrity, honor deadlines and maintain a positive and respectful working relationship. Abuse, harassment or failure to meet participation expectations may result in removal from the program without refund.

12. Communication and Access

As part of this private coaching experience, the Client will have access to the Coach via Voxer or text message for real-time communication, strategy support and accountability during regular working hours. Office hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Eastern Time). Messages sent outside of these hours will be addressed during the next available working window. While responses will be timely, they may not be immediate. The Coach is often in sessions or deep work and will reply as soon as possible within the designated hours.

Agreement Acknowledgement

By submitting your payment and/or signing this agreement, you agree to all terms outlined above.

The Scalable CEO™ Mastermind Terms and Conditions

By submitting your payment and deposit for The Scalable CEO™ Mastermind, you (the “Client”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully prior to completing your purchase. Your payment constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

1. Non-Refundable Deposit and Payment Terms

1.1 The $2,000 deposit is strictly non-refundable. This deposit secures your seat and locks in your founding-member pricing. Once submitted, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

1.2 Following your deposit, you agree to complete your selected payment option:

• $23,000 pay-in-full (remaining balance), or
• $2,000/month for the remaining months of the agreed-upon payment term.

1.3 You acknowledge that all payments, whether deposit, pay-in-full or monthly, are non-refundable and non-transferable.

1.4 Failure to complete payments will result in removal from the program and all associated access.

2. No Guarantees of Results

2.1 The Company (Dr. Tuby Akinlosotu and The Scalable CEO™ team) does not make any guarantees regarding:

• Revenue or income
• Business growth
• Client acquisition
• Team performance
• Visibility, audience growth or speaking opportunities
• Personal or professional outcomes

2.2 Your success is dependent on many factors including your effort, consistency, decision-making, business model, team, niche, industry demand and personal capacity.

2.3 You acknowledge that no results are promised or guaranteed, and you release the Company from any claims relating to outcomes or expectations.

3. Client Responsibility and Coachability

3.1 You agree to show up fully and be “coachable,” meaning:

• You are open to feedback and willing to make changes.
• You take ownership of implementing strategies taught.
• You communicate challenges and ask for support when needed.
• You take responsibility for your business decisions and results.

3.2 The Company is not responsible for your failure to implement recommendations, complete the curriculum, build required assets, attend events or participate in coaching.

3.3 Lack of participation does not qualify for a refund, credit or cancellation.

4. Technology, Tools and Software Requirements

4.1 You understand that to implement the systems, automation, workflows and strategies in this mastermind, you may be required to purchase additional third-party tools, apps or software. Examples may include (but are not limited to):

• CRM / automation platforms
• AI tools
• Project management tools
• Hiring software
• Funnel or checkout systems
• Email platforms

4.2 These tools are not included in your mastermind investment.

4.3 You are solely responsible for purchasing, maintaining and managing any required software or tools necessary to carry out your business operations and the strategies taught.

5. Live Events, Travel and Expenses

5.1 This mastermind includes two in-person live events per year.

5.2 You are fully responsible for all travel-related expenses including:

• Airfare
• Hotel accommodations
• Transportation
• Meals outside of event offerings
• Any additional personal expenses

5.3 Event dates, locations and details will be provided in advance. Failure to attend does not qualify for a refund, credit or alternate access.

6. No Pausing, Transfers or Extensions

6.1 Your mastermind membership cannot be paused, frozen, transferred or extended for any reason.

6.2 If you choose to discontinue participation, you are still legally responsible for completing your payment plan in full.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content, frameworks, trainings, systems and materials, including but not limited to The Resilient Business Blueprint™, The SCALE Framework™, templates, scripts, videos and proprietary assets, remain the exclusive property of the Company.

7.2 You receive a license for personal business use only and may not reproduce, resell or distribute these materials.

8. Conduct and Removal

8.1 The Company reserves the right to remove any participant from the mastermind without refund if their behavior is deemed:

• Disruptive
• Harmful
• Abusive
• Misaligned
• Non-compliant with community standards

8.2 If removed, you remain responsible for all payments.

9. Legal Disclaimer

9.1 You acknowledge that the Company is not providing legal, financial, accounting, tax, therapy or clinical advice.

9.2 You agree to consult licensed professionals for any decisions in these areas.

10. Agreement

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge:

• You have read and fully understand these Terms and Conditions.
• You agree to the non-refundable nature of the deposit and all payments.
• You accept full responsibility for your participation, actions and results.
• You understand that no specific outcomes are guaranteed.
• You agree to uphold the standards of the program, including respectful conduct within the community.
