This Privacy Policy explains how Above Only Leadership, LLC (“we,” “us” or “our”), led by Dr. Tuby Akinlosotu, collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit our websites and funnel pages, register for our events, purchase our programs or join our communities. This includes The Virtual Events Conversion Lab™, The Command & Convert Masterclass Planner™, The Command & Convert 2-Hour Masterclass Flow™, private coaching and The Scalable CEO™ Mastermind.

We collect information you give us directly, such as:

• Your name, email address and phone number when you register for a masterclass, request access or fill out a form
• Billing details when you make a purchase (payments are processed by our checkout and payment providers, and we do not store your full card number)
• Information you share in coaching sessions, community posts, surveys and support requests
• Content you submit for feedback, such as scripts and offer documents

We also collect some information automatically when you use our pages, such as your device and browser type, pages visited, links clicked and general location based on your IP address. This is gathered through cookies and similar technologies.

When you opt in, you may receive emails and text messages from us about our events, programs and offers. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any message. 5. Recordings of Live Sessions

Live coaching calls, masterclasses and program sessions are recorded. Your name, voice, image and chat messages may appear in these recordings, which are shared with program members as replays and may be used for educational, marketing or promotional purposes as described in our Terms and Conditions. You may keep your camera off or use a display name of your choosing during live calls.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, such as:

• Our CRM, funnel and email/text platform
• Our checkout and payment processors
• Our community and course platform
• Video meeting and video hosting providers
• Scheduling and calendar tools

These providers may use your information only to perform services for us. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or in connection with a business transfer.
